Returns/Damage Claims/cancellations

You may return any items) (providing if it is defective or our mistake) that you have purchased by notifying us within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returned products must be in their original condition and unopened packaging to be acceptable for return.

Damages incurred in shipping are the responsibility of the U.S. Postal Service or shipping company and should be submitted immediately to them for a claim.

Any item ordered that is personalized or custom made is non-cancelable after 24 hours from receipt of order.

Customers are responsible for any and all shipping fees.
